Contrary to the complaint, we were on the jobsite within 2 weeks of the initial visit and approval of the work to be done. There were weather delays as well as delays due to a locked seal on the second meter placed there by [redacted]. There were two meter boxes on this house as it was once a duplex....

After pulling one of the meters, there was still power on the house. Further work could not be done until [redacted] removed the locked seal on the second meter. [redacted] was contacted by my company but we did not receive a definite date as to when they would remove the seal. Because of this, we were unable to complete the work as quickly as Mrs. [redacted] thought we should. By law, no one except [redacted] is permitted to remove their locked seal. All new cable had been pulled and the new meter box had been installed. This was all left in the house.
My conversations with Mr. [redacted] were very productive and he understood our situation. However, Mrs. [redacted] was very rude and disrespectful in the way she talked to me and to my son. This made for a very hostile work environment. It was my decision to pull off the worksite and let someone else of their choosing finish the job. The work we did complete was one day, two men, and materials. I did not bill the [redacted]'s for this. I did not charge them for anything done.
In the 33 years of Neighbors Electric Co. being in business, I have never received a complaint until now. I am very proud of my company and the professional way in which my employees do their work.

Review: Mr. Neighbors came out and said his company would do the job of putting in a breaker box.It took almost 2 months or him to get it started. Mr [redacted] already had the box in stalled on the wall.then it still took almost 3 more weeksf or them to get started with the rest o the stuff23rd of they needed to do. they came out here on the23 of March to the job and we had alot of probles getting them to finish the job at hand. so we had to get another company to come out hereDesired Settlement: they are very rude to the customers and dont want to finish what they start people need to no this about the company and the owner and son whos name is [redacted] and his dad owns the company they do not need to be in any type of jobs any where
