Review: Bought an expensive umbrella unit for 1.2K about two years and 10 months ago. A prefab cast iron plastic combination stand part has broke off. Given unit is covered and stored in the winter this is concerning. The mtg warranty is only for one year on this expensive item. Further communication with the distributor, patio products usa, advised they have no replacement parts or offered any repairs solutions. To sell a product like this that costs that much, the distributor should provide limited warrant for part replacement or repair to help customers when the product breaks. No on wants a 1.2K product to break within 3 years and be given no option for replacement or repair. Even a credit towards the purchase of another unit would be reasonable.Desired Settlement: Refund of prorate part of cost based on time owned, or repair, or replacement of part/unit
