Hello I purchased a car from you on march 18, 2019mthur Back lots
it has been 6 months no title

I bought my car from them seven months ago. (August). They lost my title. Still haven't had the car inspected. Been riding around in temporary tags. NO ONE at the dealership has been helping me. Bethany, from corporate has been the only helping with any solutions possible. Management has been horrible. They are doing nothing to make this situation right for me the customer. I will never do business with them. Shane *** ought to be ashamed of himself allowing his business to be ran by horrible managers such as Sherry ***. I would love to hear back from someone about this issue since none of the managers are willing to help.

I’m so very disappointed, and sad that I even have to write this. I searched for the perfect vehicle for months, and right before driving 6 hours away to Purchase the car I wanted..I luckily found THIS one actually here in Louisville. My overall experience was AWFUL purchasing from this dealership. Instead of treating me like a customer who just spent a LOT of money with them, I instead have been treated as a total inconvenience. I purchased my car late Monday evening, and by the time signing was done it was around 10pm. Already having my own financing, I was basically forced to go with their lenders instead. Also. FORGET about any negotiating on the price. The car was dirty. Dirt in the cup holders, on the handles and even a black hand print on the ceiling. I was told since it was so late I actually had to bring it back to have it detailed, and Eckbond applied. Understandable I thought. She said the car was dirty because it had been test drove several times. Fine! *** brought it back two days later at 9am after working night shift for what was supposed to be a 2 hour job but was there until after 4pm. However, the car was NOT detailed. It still had a French fries in between the seats that had been there since we test drive it. It took both me and *** calling back and basically arguing with a manager for them to agree to do the detailing Saturday morning. I got up early this morning and drove all the way to Dixie highway and waited 2 hours while they “detailed” it. They pulled it up and it AGAIN had not been cleaned at all. It smelled like paint thinner. I have no clue what they even did today because every bit of dirt was STILL there. Dust on the dashboard. Smudges and fingerprints on the radio and chrome surrounding it, same sticky residue in the cup holsters. I am NOW met with the argument of “we don’t detail USED cars”...say what?? They waisted ***s entire day and now my Saturday morning to do WHAT exactly? I have no idea, but surely not cleaning the car THEY sold me under the false pretenses that the car would be cleaned. I don’t feel I am asking too much by requesting the car to be cleaned since they didn’t have time to do so before selling it to me. After being upset this morning over nothing AGAIN being done, I was met with the option of dropping the car off on Monday or Tuesday (finding a ride home and then back the next day to pick it up ) since they refuse to give me a Courtesy vehicle, so they can send it away to get it actually detailed. You can see why I am upset. Poor management, and just a simple lack of professionalism. I love the car, but WILL NOT be dealing with them again. Save yourself the trouble and find a different dealership.

I took my 2012 Mazda 3 to Neil Huffman Mazda in September to replace a faulty dash on a factory recall. When I went to pick the car up the satellite radio did not work properly. On the second visit, they fixed the satellite radio, but broke the phone function of the radio. It is now in the dealership for the fourth time and has been there for three weeks. Now the business is telling me they can not fix the radio and I must take the car back with a broken radio. Bottom line is when I dropped the car all of the radio functions worked, they replaced the dash and broke my radio in the process and are not going to fix it.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and the complaint has been resolved. With the assistance of the Neil Huffman Auto Group Corporate Office, my car radio was finally fixed and working the way it did when I dropped it off for the Mazda recall on the dash over two months ago.

Contacted this dealership about a vehicle I had seen online, ended up looking at a different vehicle after talking to the sales manager. Came in that same day to look at the car, was told the car pulled to the left and that they couldn't fix it because they weren't an authorized Mini dealer, which I knew was incorrect, you don't have to be an authorized dealer to do a front end alignment, but ok, I didn't argue about it, figured I would just take it somewhere and have it done, the next day I noticed a very strong oil smell, and noticed oil spots in my driveway, contacted Neil Huffman was told to bring it in the next Morning at 9 am that I needed to get with the sales manager and figure out when it could be serviced, after sitting at the dealership for 2 1/2 hrs, missing work, the sales manager finally get's there, say's no problem we will get it in to service and get it taken care of, I leave head to work, not 2 hrs later they call me saying the problem is fixed that I can come and get the car. I go pick it up, Oil smell is still present, same as it was, and after I picked it up this time I noticed that it was also dripping water from the front end after having been parked for over 3 hrs. So I called and told them I was dropping it back off, I dropped it off on a Thursday, waited all day friday for a phone call letting me know what was going on with my vehicle, No call, so I texted my salesperson, finally she text me back saying they needed to keep it over the weekend, That's fine.. Monday afternon comes, No communication whatsoever, so I call multiple times, leave VM's, no one ever calls me back. Finally Monday evening my salesperson text me back and say's it hasn't even been looked at yet, would probably be tomorrow ( Tuesday). Tuesday comes, I wait until around 1 pm to call just to see if they can tell me anything, can't get service to answer, can't get anyone to pick up the phone anywhere. At this point I was very aggravated, my salesperson sends a text saying it still hadn't been looked at and they didn't know when It would be, I got upset and went and picked my car up that day. I also work in the sales industry, I sent an e-mail to the GM and no response..A little communication goes a long way. I was told the car was going to be fixed and that's what I expect. I don't have time for the games and chasing these ppl down at the dealership.

I contacted them via email about a vehicle that I viewed online. I drove 2 hour to get there and the car had been sold the day before. The salesman, ***, tried to get me to purchase a new model with fewer model and was promising the same price as the car I originally cam to look at. I had already had financing and repeatedly told *** that I did not want to finance through the dealership nor did I want them to pull my credit. The manager, Joe, got involved trying to persuade me to finance through them, and I remain adamant in not wanting my credit report pulled. *** tried to get me to sign a paper allowing them to pull my credit, and I refused to sign it. *** informed me that they were going to do a soft pull on my credit; only to get alerts from my credit monitoring site that they had gone a hard pull without my consent. I called *** and he reassured me that he had not done it and that his manager, Joe, did. I told *** to have Joe call me back, which never happened. Obtaining my credit report with verbal or written consent is illegal.
