Thanks for your response, I did hear from Neil's furnitureThey are open every Friday 11am to 4mI spoke with someone who told me my issues would be resolved and gave me a number to contact herI actually went to the store today at the time she gave me but no one was there and I called her with no answer but I'll try on MondayThanks for your attention on this matter
