Tell us why here...On Friday, February 9, 2018, our phone records indicated that the customer had called at 5:pmNeill Gas, Inc business hours are from 7:am to 5:pm, Monday through FridayOn Monday, February 12, 2018, the Customer called and spoke with the manager at 12:pm and requested an order for propaneThe Customer stated, "I will come by our office that afternoon to pay for his propane order" however; he never showed up to payThe Customer has never established a charge account with Neill Gas, Inc to be on automatic deliveryOn Tuesday, February 13, 2018, the Manager dispatched a Driver to the Customer's house to deliver his propane and collect the paymentUpon the Driver's arrival, he noticed that the tank was out of gasThe Driver knocked on the Customer's door to receive the payment and to do a State Mandated Leak Test, and there was no one answerThe Driver called the Manager to inform him there was no one at home and the Manager instructed him to continue with his routeThe customer called back around 8:am and talked with the CSR, who stated: "that a Driver went to your house around 7:am, and no one was home." The customer said, "he was unaware that someone had to be home." The CSR told the Customer that someone must be home for payment and to do a State Mandated Leak Test, because the tank is emptyThe Customer gave the CSR two phone numbers to provide the driverThe driver tried to call the two phone numbers on several different attemptsThe customer finally answered and told the driver "Do not worry about coming back out here, we are going with another company," and the driver said "ok."We strive to provide our Customers with the utmost respect and quality service
