I am rejecting this response because:
It is completely falseNeill's drilled the hole in our floor unnecessarilyThey admitted to making the mess we had to clean upAnd they were running the furnace without proper ventilation and I have a letter from them stating they were running it and not to worry about it because it wasn't running long enough to do any real damageThere were two other companies working on our homeHomark was doing nothing with the plumbing and heating and the other company we hired to fix some of the things that Neill's plumbing and heating had done incorrectlyHowever, the other company wasn't hired until after Neill's had drilled a hole in our floor and ran our furnace before it was properly vented
