repairs.At several times you have requested a return of your $4,000 and repairs to the vehicle.  After the sale the dealer for whom I sold the vehicle on consignment agreed to refund your $4,000 purchase price.  After I offered to refund you purchase price or complete the repairs I have not heard from you which you would like.  If you would like the repairs completed I am happy to do that.  If you would like a $4,000 refund I will inquire with that dealer if that is still an option.Please contact me to schedule repairs or let me know if you prefer a refund and I will inquire if that offer is still available.Sincerely,Neill J[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: After I sent the invoice to Neills he did not respond to me or the shop I had the repairs made at to see the parts that where damaged or speak with the mechanics who worked on it or look at the evidence they collected in regards to the problem. I will double check with shop Monday 2/27 to see if he made contact with the shop without my knowledge. Letting Neills tech who did the damage to my vehicle and put me in danger in the first place was out of the question for my safety.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I came over there 5 times to be told I could set up an appointment for those repairs. You told me the first time I would have to wait at least 2weeks and then told the manager to order the parts.  Each time I came over to your place it was the same thing (set up and appointment) and each time I had told your manager and Neil get the parts and then we could set up an appointment.  Since then I have changed the oil twice and bought a tire (tire blew).  You left me with no way to even sell it.  The panel is in the trunk and my back passengers have been inconvenienced by not being able to get out.  The price of the misrepresentation would have to be $4500.   Don't falsify your statements to Revdex.com by saying you tried to repair or satisfy the lack of understanding.  The Tracker is still on you lot.  Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I have witnesses that will tell you, what you are saying is not Christian.  God does not like liers as he did not like Peter when he allowed the rooster to crow three times.  You have said you would fix the doors and seat but you needed to have 2 weeks to get the part.  The 5 times I came in, including the day I bought, you said you needed two weeks to order the parts.  You told your manager to order the parts but in the 5 times I came they were not ordered.  You can't set one up without the parts.  Resolution as said before can't be $4000 because I have been maintaining the vehicle, having to add parts and replace the oil.  You monopolized the situation so badly I couldn't even sell because you refused to complete our agreement.Sincerely,[redacted]
