I contacted Neilon Air Conditioning and Heating for an estimate They reported that they went out to my house when I was not there and found some bad newsThey said that my compressor was bad and they quoted me a price I replied that I was going to get other estimates and after some searching would be using another company They asked if I would be willing to give them They did not tell me about a fee verbally or in writing prior to coming out to my house to provide me with a quote When I informed them that I would be using another company they came up with this feeWhen I told them that I wish they would have told me about a fee prior to the work they showed me an invoice of what they could have chargedBecause of my honest nature I am accepting that they were at my house when they said they stopped byThe invoice said that they could have charged me They were supposed to tell me what was wrong with my unit, they did and suggested that I pay for fees that were only discussed when I informed them that I was going to use someone else I sent them the anyway but I didn't feel that was appropriate because they didn't say anything about a feeIn addition, they came to my house at a time that was unbeknownst to me and asked of charges that weren't authorized I would not recommend them because of the hidden fees that I experiencedRespectfully, ***

We had Neailon Air-Conditioning out for an emergency repair*** was very professional and helpfulHe was honest and fair in price and the work he did was great! Nothing worse than not having air when it is outsideI have recommended this company to many family and friends who have had the same experienceNeilon Air Conditioning will always be our service company!

They asked if I would be willing to give them 75.00. They did not tell me about a fee verbally or in writing prior to coming out to my house to provide me with a quote. When I informed them that I would be using another company they came up with this fee.
When I told them that I wish they would have told me about a fee prior to the work they showed me an invoice of what they could have charged. Because of my honest nature I am accepting that they were at my house when they said they stopped by. The invoice said that they could have charged me 251.84. They were supposed to tell me what was wrong with my unit, they did and suggested that I pay for fees that were only discussed when I informed them that I was going to use someone else. I sent them the 75.00 anyway but I didn't feel that was appropriate because they didn't say anything about a fee. In addition, they came to my house at a time that was unbeknownst to me and asked of charges that weren't authorized. I would not recommend them because of the hidden fees that I experienced.
