I checked out several garage cabinet companies but when I saw their A+ rating on Revdex.com, I was sold. Not only were their prices the best but they were easy to deal with. Sure, it takes some work to get the scheduling finalized but that's because they have so much business.

Their cabinets and epoxy floor are the best quality for the price I paid.

I am very happy with their service and quality of their products.

We had them come and install a wall unit in our laundry room. There was not a clear measure for the worker to start however, common sense would need to be applied, we had a clothesline rod in the room for over 23+ years, that the worker built the cabinet so that the hangers would not hang clothes by 2" and we have over 20+" in the other side for room.

I called about our concern, and they said it was because there was not a clear measure to start. I understand that there was not a clear measure, but honestly would there have to be since it was in the laundry room and the pole was already in place since the house was built. I have also asked for them to complete the job and hang the rod that they did take down to move, but have yet to contact us about hanging it up. Also, they are to purchase a new kitty litter box since the newest box I bought to fit in the same area no longer fits by inches.

Jim at Neil's Garage Cabinets has not replied to my email of concern dated Sept 2nd.

I will not recommend this company because they do not have the customer in mind. They got their money so it appears they don't care about quality and customer service.

Once again this is not the same location, the problem is with the Mesa, AZ location. We are two different companies that share a website. We have different business licenses and different names.

We had Neil's install a garage cabinet on 9/18/2015 and that was the beginning of our fiasco. First, we were scheduled for 11 am to 2 pm and they did not arrive until apprx. 4 pm. The wrong size cabinet was installed. As the work men didn't install the correct size, the doors were too small as they were for the correct size.

They were suppose to comeback the next day but they didn't come. It was then scheduled to be corrected to the right size and installed on 10/1 between 12 and 2 pm. However, they had not come by 2 pm and as we had business to do we had to leave.

When we returned, we had a message on our answering machine stating they called at apprx. 2:45 pm and were at our home at apprx. 3 pm. When I called their company, I asked Jim why they didn't call and let us know they were running late and he said they didn't have time and I replied that if they had called us, we would have gotten out of our other commitment and waited.

I then told Jim that in our doing business with other companies, they all called and kept ue alerted and that should be his policy.

On 10/2, jim said he will have to reschedule us. However, this is now 10/7 and we have not been contacted to give us a reschedule date. We'll now see how long it will take.

The first time Mr. [redacted] contacted us regarding a problem with his cabinet in the restroom was because his wife did not  like the color of the cabinet. The second time Mr. [redacted] responded on his complaint, he stated the size of the cabinet was not what he wanted and then the third time he stated, that he wanted to mount the cabinet outside. Mr [redacted] keeps changing his story, while we have a signed contract that shows where he wanted the cabinet placed and what color it was to be. We have completely fulfilled our end of the contract. Neil's Garage Cabinets Inc. has been in business for more than 45 years with thousands of satisfied customers, and we have never had to go through the Revdex.com, that could not be resolved. We have also tried to resolve this issue with Mr. [redacted], but he refuses to admit that he has made a mistake or has any fault in this matter. Neil's Garage Cabinets will be willing to pay back Mr. [redacted] the $75.00 he paid for the cabinet, as long as it is noted that we are doing this under duress and that we admit no wrong doing. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The complain is about the size of the cabinet not anything else. The cabinet was supposed to be 2 feet wide (24 in.) but it was made 22 inches wide. I was going to install this outside and a store bought cabinet in the bathroom. I can not install a 22" cabinet on 24 inch stud spacing. If they made like it was promised 24 inches It would not have been a problem.

This company is completely unprofessional. They have changed for the worse/ I've used them in the past and you would think that they would appreciate that. After a week invested in the initial appointment and moving around my schedule, Neils calls me on the morning of my install (4 hours prior) to cancel. This is very unprofessional and really left me hanging. I had rearranged childcare and work to accomodate this appointment and the guy on the phone didnt seem to care at all. I will never use Neil's again and I will share my experience with others so that they know what kind of treatment to expect if they use Neils.

I told Mr. [redacted] I was sorry, and  that the cabinet is already built and attached to his bathroom wall, If I were to have an Installer come take it down and reattach a new cabinets he would have to incur the cost of the materials and the Installers time. The material would be damaged if we tried to take it off the wall. All of our cabinets are cut to order for our customers. Mr. [redacted] got very upset with me, I asked him to talk to his wife about the color of the material and see if it is something she maybe was able to live with versus, tearing them out and the cost. I told Mr. [redacted] I would give him a call the following day to see what his wife decided. I call Mr. [redacted] back he stated his wife still didn`t want the cabinet in the bathroom, I could hear he was still upset  so I told him, If he can pay for the cost of the Installers time that I would pay for the material. I was told the worker would be here between 7 and 9, but when I called to see why he was late, I was told a couple of jobs were put ahead of mine. It is unacceptable to me that nobody called and informed me of the delay. So, he showed up at 10:30 to do a job that was estimated at 3-4 hours. He was here 7 hours. I continually heard him talking on his phone or talking with someone who had showed up at my house to speak with him. It gave me the impression that doing a good job on my cabinets was low on his list of priorities. If the job was 4 hours, then he wasted 3 hours, to total the 7 hours. The final job looked nice, but the overall experience was very frustrating.

Review: Carpenter who installed cabinets in my garage on 11/2/15 used a truck that leaked oil in over 10 different spots on my paver driveway. I called the company on 11/3/15 and they stated they would call on 11/4/15 in the morning. No call, I called at 2pm and they said the carpenter would come to my house in over a week. I asked the company to have the oil cleaned from my driveway. They told me the carpenter would come look at the oil. I told the woman that their employee caused damage to my driveway and I would like Neils to please have it cleaned. I was again told the carpenter would be over in a week to look at the oil, they dont have a maintenance department.Desired Settlement: Clean oil from my paver driveway to how it looked prior to damage.

Review: I have bought Garage cabinets from Neil's Garage cabinets along with a Laundry room cabinet and a bathroom cabinet. Bathroom cabinet was supposed to be 24 inches wide (as in contract), they made this cabinet 22 inches wide, thereby making improperly mount with screws at an angle (and look unsafe too).Desired Settlement: I have paid $75 to this cabinet along with over $1500 for other cabinets. The cabinet also came with wrong width making it unsafe mount to a 24 inch stud spacing in the house. I have tried to work with them but unsuccessful. They have violated my trust in Fair business practices.

I was considering garage cabinets, but what company to use? All the ads showed similar claims and pricing. So after about 8 mths of pondering I started reading customer reviews online of several companies. When I weighed the reviews I gave [redacted]'s a call. I told them I was interested in their special @ $498.00. I was promptly scheduled for a convenient time for the estimator to come out and provide an estimate. [redacted] did a great job confirming appt and when he arrived I showed him area, and described what I was hoping to accomplish. He did not try to upsale me; it was quite pleasant. They had 7 cabinet colors and lots of options to the inside shelving in each cabinet at No extra charge. They even have a layout for golf club storage that is perfect for golfers with shelving for shoes, caps and other golf items. I selected the 3 styles I wanted inside and installation was scheduled. It was a great experience, and they look beautiful. Installer did a beutiful work, trim pieces at the top and sides. Awesome work! I paid $540.w/ tax for 14'long, 24" deep and 8' high special. I highly recommend for professionalism, quality, pricing and integrity.
