also a mechanic. We evaluated Mr [redacted] generator for the reason he called us and found out  that there was no real concern other than the oil was low. So We offed to service his generator with material he supplied, he accepted.  While the mechanic did the service work I proceeded to trouble shoot the kill switch on the generator, my determination of the switch is that the switch is in good working condition it only needed to be cleaned due to all the oil and road grim accumulation.  Service tune ups that were performed on this Generator would cost $225 plus material. The real price for this service call should be $225.00 two electricians for 1.5 hrs @ $75.00= $225.00.

I sent two electricians to this service call at $75.00 per. hr that adds up to 150.00 per hr if we were there for 1 hr and 20 min the charge for this service call is $195.00 . I do not charge labor rates in 5,10,15,20, minute intervals, half hr. intervals are a industry standard so the price for two electricians for an 1.5 hrs is $225.00  The $150.00 that Sam Burk speaks of is an estimated price that was give to him over the phone not a fixed price. In the real world the extra person was not needed.  The extra person knew nothing about the mechanical end, right from your own mouth Eric.  The problem was mechanical not electrical. The extra man was not needed.

Review: We called them to repair our generator. My wife asked how much the repair cost. I told her $150.00 for two hours work. She (wife) replied, they had not been here two hours (one hour and twenty minutes).Which would have only been $112.50. By the time we had discussed the matter Eric of NES and crew had left the parking lot.

Their base charge was $75.00 per hour.

Would like to be credited $37.50 for the over charge. IDesired Settlement: Refund $37.50 to my account.
