[redacted] Revdex.com Serving Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, Southeast IndianaE4th Street, Suite 600Cincinnati, OH 45202Tuesday, August 16, 2016Dear ***,I am following up on our conversation regarding complaint ID [redacted] As we discussed, I contacted the [redacted] and explained that the show he attended was a “pour only” show This means that per the artist request, all beverages must be poured into plastic cups rather than served in cans or plastic bottles All advertised products are available at the concession stands, but they must be poured into cups Although not uncommon, the pour rule is not a result of a policy set by Riverbend Music Center, but rather at the request of the band performing the night of his complaint Many bands require such a rule be enacted due to safety concerns associated with thrown plastic bottles or cans that may be thrown After my conversation with [redacted] he completely understood the policy and why his purchase had been poured into a cup Let me know if you need any additional information to close the complaint in a positive manger Sincerely,Matt D***General ManagerRiverbend Music Center
