Review: 1. Prepaid for pool opening in March.
2. Check was cashed.
3. Had to call in April to ask when service would be rendered since it was outside of the window I had checked off on the pool opening form which was sent with my check. Customer service never reached out to me to book the appt.
4. Spoke with a polite young woman who found a date for a pool opening, Tuesday April 7.
5. No one came so I called and they said Wednesday 4/8.
6. I filled pool halfway- for some reason it couldn't fill.
7. [redacted] workers came and said no tears were present- please fill the pool so the work could be done.
8. My husband emptied the pool and discovered two years the workers did not find.
9. [redacted] went to Nejame store and purchased patches. He fixed it himself.
10. We filled the pool and Nejame returned to do the original work intended.
11. We have a new bill for nearly 180...!
12. I asked via email for the owner's info. [redacted] did not respond.
13. I called and had to obtain owner (**) voicemail. Left a voicemail.
14. I'm being charged nearly 500 to open a pool for the season. I prepaid 289.
15. I asked to be taken off the mailing list- I have been a customer since I moved into this home. [redacted] didn't hesitate to take me off of the list and not resolve my complaint.Desired Settlement: Augmented bill/invoice.
