response is rejected for several reasons:1. I am the customer, so any decision regarding the money should go through me because I am the one affected. I am tired of this business repeatedly telling me what it is going to do when I ask for something else.2. [redacted] is a veteran's group that works with veterans for three months to assist them with their financial need; my three months is long since up with [redacted] and Kimble's is trying to refund the money to them. How will I get the money from a group I am no longer with? If they are concerned with me running off with the money just ask [redacted] if they can give me the money to make the necessary repairs.3. This business took money for months and never did the repairs, refused to refund to [redacted] when I was still with them and repeatedly did not return my calls for months and now wishes to return the money. No, I am owed an explanation outside of here is the money back. My vehicle shut-down several times and had to be towed because Kimble's refused to fix a part that cost $300.00 when they were given $900.00. This business caused me a hardship and needs to step-up and make amends; amends start with a phone call from the owner with an apology and a proper explanation.
