Nelco Electric, Inc.

Nelco Electric, Inc. recently bought out Johnson Brothers, whom we had used as our electrician for years with great satisfaction. We recently had the same electricians install two ceiling fans in bedrooms. We were satisfied with the work but didn't received a bill for weeks. We called and received an estimate of $750 or less. The unitemized bill arrived two weeks later for over $1,000 with our name spelled incorrectly. When we called to complain, they resubmitted an itemized bill with a $110 discount, which we promptly paid with a note complaining about their business practices. We received "a snarky letter" in return full of excuses.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, not only were they not even able to diagnose/correct my issue, they charged me almost $100, just to come out to do absolutely NOTHING..
