Don't trust your vehicle to this business. I went to have a safety inspection of my Motor Home before a trip to Florida. The Minnie Winnie seemed to have a bit of a shimmy so I asked if they could do alignments in-house since it is hard to find places to get alignments for large vehicles like the MW. I was assured that they did and had all the lifts and tools to do it. The diagnosis came back for new ball joints, brakes, bulb replacements, alignment and oil change.
When I had my wife drop me off to pick it up, I was told that they couldn't do the alignment. They said they would have to take it to a place in another town and that would require a couple more days for them to drop it off and pick it up! I said... but you told me that you do your alignments in house. he said. That's just a little white lie we tell or no one would come here for replacement like ball joints!!!
But wait! It gets better! I came back to pick it up today and along with breaking my coffee pot when he road tested it, the emergency brake cable was snapped! They told me about the coffee pot when I called to see if it was ready, but never mentioned that I no longer have an emergency brake!!! He said that the cable snapped as soon as he touched it and that it would have broken on me anyway. He also said that he forgot all about it until I came back to complain.
No offer to make it right. No offer of even an apology. Stay far away if you want to have a safe vehicle to drive when you leave!!
