Review: The company did an inferior job of installing floor tiling and would not correct the problems being: 1) multiple floor tiles were not level, one tile was so high in one corner that a person could trip and fall :2) there was one tile that had a chip in it: 3) grout was inconsistent in height, some areas were high in grout and some were low: 4) it appeared that no sealant was put on tile and grout because the grout absorbed water immediately.

I called the Nellans Co. and asked them to please fix the tile and grout. They said they would send someone to do that but they didn't. I called the second time and asked for the same correction and they sent someone but he only replaced one raised tile. I spoke with someone again and he said someone would be there the next day to fix the tiles and grout......no one showed up. My requests for correction were asked over a period of two weeks. They obviously were not going to fix the problems so I had to hire someone else to fix the tiles because we were selling the house.Desired Settlement: Since their work was so poor and they didn't make an effort to correct it, I am willing to pay only for the cost of the tile.
