When I first ordered the item there was a problem and the item got lost. The seller was nice enough to apologize and make another ring and get it sent out to us. It did however make the custom ring late for Christmas which was not very fun. Then not even three weeks after having it, one of the gemstones on the ring fell out. I contacted the seller and he gave us a return label and my mother ( who the ring was a gift for) got the ring ready and shipped it back to them. But since then I have yet to receive an email telling me if the ring has been received by him, if it's been fixed, and if it's on its way back to us. I have emailed the seller a couple times, getting no response. It seems like the seller is trying but is in over their head and falling behind. Also I tried to leave a bad review on the website so that others could seem the situation Im in with the business. And on the website there is no place where I can write a review. It show cases some of the good reviews people have posted but I cannot leave a review myself.

Desired Outcome

Finish the job I would like to get the ring back and maybe get an email saying what is going on and why it is taking so long. I would also like to be able to leave a review where others can see what we've been through with the seller.

This order has been completed and delivered to the customer. The product that was ordered requires a process that is hired out to a silversmith. The product needs to be shipped to her, she then completes the job and mails the product to the customer. This order had some unfortunate shipping issues when originally sent to the silversmith. The product was actually made again before the original shipment was located and return to me. On top of that, there was an issue with the job the silversmith performed. I accepted the product back and sent it to the silversmith to have the issue resolved. The product has been delivered to the customer.
