number changed since the original complaint. When I called, she was as rude as before, asking to know why I complained to the Revdex.com. I told her, "It was the same thing I already told you. Your employee lied to me, and you backed her up." [redacted] then said, "I don't know what you want me to to do now. That employee quit." I asked why. She said, "Because of your complaint." I said, "Good. I'm glad. Still, I don't think I will ever go back to your salon." [redacted] neither offered an apology nor made any attempt to reimburse the $20 that was stolen by that former employee.
