In response to the above complaint, the customer came into our dealership looking to buy a carHe stated that he had up to cash to spend on a carWhen he came in on /25/14, he said he was only able to put down cash deposit, usually we require cashHe then stated after the deposit was taken that he would need an additional weeks to come up with the rest of the cash, which was After a few days he called and said he would like us to consider a vehicle for trade along with some cashWe told him that the original transaction did not include a trade, and it was only a cash dealSince the deal was questionable from the start, the dealership decided to return the deposit money to the customerSeveral calls were made to the customer, but his voice mail box was fullBecause there was no response, the vehicle was sold to another customerWe returned the customer his deposit after a few days because he refused to sign an acknowledgement that we were returning his moneyThe customer was rude, and threatened the salespeople there were present this dayThat same day, with a police officer present, that we called, witnessed him sign the acknowledgement and us giving him his deposit money back, because he was giving us a hard time.Sincerely,

This letter is to inform that *** *** *** and his wife visited the dealership two times before committing to the vehicleOn the second visit we took the couple out for a test drive, and we explained that the pixilation was present and we offered the couple $off of the price of $in
which took the price down to $7499, this problem was not present before the new inspectionWe asked if they were interested and the Couple agreed to put a down deposit of $to hold the vehicle, we also gave them two weeks to figure out how they were going to pay the remaining balanceOnce we took their deposit we pulled the car off of the lot and marked it on our website as soldA few days later we received a fax, but We did not know who it was from because it had no name or phone number on itA few days after that we received an email asking we received the fax, and we promptly called the customer and they asked us to lower the price because they claimed that the price was too high, and to fix the problem was going to cost more than $We expressed to them with respect that they knew the price and agreed to the purchase price, along with the discount, the purchase was $and we told the T that we could not lower the price anymoreSo they were aware before putting down a deposit, which we did not force them to, the agreed price of the vehicleUpon going back and forth they said that they were going to walk away because they were not going to pay more than the price they found online, and they wanted their money backWe have a signed deposit agreement that states if you decide to walk away you forfeit your deposit because once We get a deposit we consider the car sold and it is not fair for other customersBecause of this matter we also lost a client that wanted to purchase the same vehicle and we told them it was soldthink all research should be done before any commitment upon making a deposit.Sincerely,Nellys Auto Sales

This letter is to inform *** *** *** and his wife, that when we mentioned "we" it was meant as Nellys Auto Sales, since the car is owned by the dealershipIt is true that the owners were away that is why the pixilation on the *** was not repaired, but the above mentioned buyers knowing the existing problem in which to fix the problem is only $Nellys Auto Sales has also received estimates, and we found a place that would fix it for $not $1500, which the customer statedWhen we place a vehicle up for sale, we do a market comparison, in which there are two other vehicles in the area with like mileage and priced higher than our car is listed forWe have included documentation to support both the price to repair and fix the pixilation and the sale price of the vehicleAgain the customer knew about the price, and the pixilation before and they were here two times and still committed to the vehicle, We will no longer proceed with this back and forth" he said she said", because the couple mentioned above signed a statement that specifically states that if they walk away there deposit will not be refundedAt any given time, we do not pressure anyone to put money down on any vehicle.Inclusive we have copies of what you signed and it is stated that if you decided to walk away you would lose your deposit

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE.I BOUGHT A MINIVAN AND AFTER MONTH CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON, TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND THE MAIN PROBLEM WAS CATYLATIC CONVERTOR WITH A LIST OF MANY OTHER THINGS WRONG TOTAL COST AND OF COURSE NONE OF IT IS COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY I PURCHASED, FOR THE PRICE I AM PAYING I COULD HAVE BOUGHT A NEW VEHICLE, THE DEALER ALSO SAID IT SHOULD HAVE NEVER PASSED INSPECTION!

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
The dealership failed to respond to issues I brought up in my complaintI also have a major issue with the quote they received from the internet for the part needed to fix the pixilation issueThe price they quoted does not include the cost of a mechanic, a garage and all of the other overhead that goes into a car repairI provided a very detailed response which is attached
Thank You
Regards,
