Nelly's Security

As a homeowner with a security system, I've been doing business with Nelly's Security over the internet, by telephone and by email for many years. Of all the businesses of any kind I've had dealings with over the years, Nelly's is the quintessential example of what every business should emulate. There is none better in that respect. Their products are excellent at reasonable prices. The depth of their customer service, technical service, advice on security in general and "how-to" videos and blogs, is simply astounding when compared to others. They speak to you as a friend who gives you his or her first and last name and you don't get shuffled around to someone else concerning any continuing questions on your particular issue if it requires several contacts. They're extremely knowledgeable about every product they sell and about the industry in general. Further, and amazingly, if they are on the phone servicing other customers when you call and the receptionist tells you they'll call back, they do so at the earliest opportunity. I can't speak highly enough about them, and I have no affiliation with Nelly's except as a homeowner customer who lives several states away from their headquarters. These folks think right and do right.
