Good Afternoon Mr. [redacted],Today at approximately 3:45p.m. Mr. [redacted] came to my home. I was not expecting him. He stated that he came to apologize and wanted to discuss my issues with his company and wanted to settle things to make it right with me.I let him in and we did have a face to face conversation regarding the past Well issues. He said, that he had since fired the two men that had worked on my Well, for their incompetent work.He also stated that all he has is his good name and wanted to make this right with me.We discussed amounts and we agreed to half of my original invoice with him.In the amount of $1,017.00He also, asked if he could take his own water samples from my holding tank which is located in my basement. I did not see a problem with it seeing my water was deemed safe by eurofins SFA Labs on 7/8/2015. I asked him the reason for his samples and he said he wanted the water tested and have his own results for his paperwork. He took 3 small jars of water with him.I gave him his original check back to him for $250.00 and he said he would have his secretary [redacted] make me out a check for $1,017.00.Thank you very much for your part in helping to mediate between myself and Mr. [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: I woke up to having no water coming out of any of my water faucets back in April 2015. I went into the basement and found a sticker on my well holding tank for Nel's Anderson Enterprises. I gave them a call and Nel's himself came out to access the problem.

A few days later because of an upcoming weekend, he sent out two men to replace a water pump. During the replacement of the pump, I was informed that the last 20 feet of the pipe line was galvanized pipe and should be replaced with PVC piping. Which I agreed to have them replace.

When the men finished their work they gave me an invoice for $2,034.00 . I handed them a check for payment in full.

Recently, (July 2015) I had plumbing problems and called another local company. (which already service my Air and Cooling,) I had a slight but steady water leak inside, and outside with both water spigot 's in the front and back that I wanted addressed and replaced.

During the replacement of the spigot's my water pressure was low and the plumber noted that the pressure gauge on my well was at 120psi, it should be at 60 psi.

Because this concern of a pressure gauge being at an unsafe number, the plumber said that I should contact a well company and that the pressure gauge might be in need of replacement. Or possibly the pump..

I told him that I had problems in April and had a company come out to fix a problem.

I asked him if he could maybe take a look to see if he could access a potential problem seeing he was already at my home.

We both lifted the deck cover up to expose the well.

Immediately, it was discovered that the screws that hold down the well cover were not screwed all the way down. Leaving the top cover of the well partially open. The PVC pipe coming out of the ground next to the well that is supposed to connect into the underside of the well cap was not connected to the cap at all. Leaving lots of room for anything to get into the well.

Further investigation found spider webs inside the well...

I was very concerned about the quality of my water and apprehensive to have Nel's Anderson Enterprises touch my Well again.

Another concern was the upcoming Forth of July weekend and no water.

I decided to have the plumber and company that I was familiar with further investigate my Well.

The following day further investigation of my Well began. The Plumber asked me if the men from Nel's Anderson

had taken a Water Quality Water sample, and the results .

I noticed on my invoice from Nel's that they charged me $189.00 for a Water quality test and I never had gotten the results. Which now concerns me, was the water sample ever taken?.

The Plumber started to pull up the piping of the Well and I took pictures of each step and the multiple problems that existed as the pump got closer to the top of the Well opening.

Each section of the piping were never taped and doped. The wires were never taped along the sections of PVC. Very sloppy. Old tape not connected to anything were left on and could have over time come loose and contaminated my water. O-rings were never changed out and were left on dry and cracked.

There is a small multiple paddle wheel ( black) which is just above the Well Pump.

This was crumbling and cracked. Never replaced.

My Plumber repaired, and replaced all parts along the way.

I called Nel's Anderson Enterprises the following day. Explained all of the problems with the Well. The sloppy workmanship and the dangers to my water.

He felt upset that I never called him back to fix or resolve the problem, I told him I did not trust or have any faith in his company and had a Plumber with a company I trusted and used in the past fix the mess.

Nel's asked me what I thought would be a reasonable solution from him. I said I would like half of the original invoice I paid him.

I sent him all the pictures taken, and he sent me a check in the mail marked (compensation paid in full) on the back of the check and the check made out for $250.00.

I feel taken advantage of !

A few days later, I received test results of the water sample taken by my Plumber.

My water is very contaminated.

The results came back.....From euro fins SFA Labs Coliform bacteria 17.8

It should be <1.0

I have been using this water for cooking and drinking and laundry and dishes since April. Not to mention family and friends.

I am now in the process of restoration of my Water by means of Chorine filtering for the last 4 days. I have had no water except for toilets.

My Plumber will take another Water Sample tomorrow July 17th 2015.

I am now asking for a full refund of charges paid to Nel's Anderson Enterprises for the amount of $ 2,034.00 plus the amount of my Plumber to fix the damage done in the amount of $2,000.00 plus the $189.00 water test that I was charged for back in April that was never taken.

A full refunded amount of $ 4,223.00Desired Settlement: I strongly recommend a full compensation of charges. In the amount of $ 4,223.00.

I feel extremely taken advantage of and put in harms way because of the huge amount of bacteria found in my well that contaminated my water .

The men Nel's Anderson Enterprises sent out to do the work on my Well were incompetent and left me sitting with a contaminated Water Well and high bills to have the problem resolved.

I have many pictures of the poor work done on my Well and all documents to back this up.
