Review: I had a problem with the way they handle the death of my father 1) contacted them on the day of death and they where suppose to pick him up and have him at there location the next day.I talked with them the next day and asked if they had him there and was told yes then when I arrive to finalize the arrangements later that day and was told he wasn't there. 2)upon making final arrangements the funeral home told my mother who had picked out a less expensive casket that the sill wasn't no good but that the more expensive one did no one asked about this. 3)the funeral home manger was told and agreed that we would have them the pallbearers list the morning of the service but then ladies that was working after the manger left came in interrupting the family viewing 4) was told that we would have the death certificates with in a week took about 2 weeks 5)when I was called to be told that the death certificates was in was ordered 6 certificates and only received 5 so they would have one to file with the insurance claims we shouldn't have had to pay for that 6) I received the wrong death certificates 7) return with the wrong certificates found employees running there mouth about me having a problem with having to pay for there certificates.Desired Settlement: I would like partial refund and the people with whom the problems was with be removed and I want the Revdex.com to investigate so no other family will have to be put thought the same thing as my family did.
