We are sorry about the miss understanding with the customer, we believe that was some kind oflanguage communication even with a translator person that help him for more than hoursWe putprices on our ads on craigslist but no in our vehicles.He negotiate a cash deal trying the lower the price then
he change his mind to buy it on credit but tryingto keep the cash prices dealDue to he don't have any stablish credit history and can't be approve onany credit union or regular bank institution so he was approve on a finance company that carries ourBuy Here Pay Here and his interest rate is lower compare with many on the market as high risk loanthat goes up up to 39%He purchase Gap Insurance to be protected in case and total lost and heexplained him very detail about that GAP, he signed on the documentation and get the vehicle andmake payments, them after months the came to complain about the priceWe think is no right tocomplain after month with all papers and documentation signedHe can refinance at any momentwith other financial institution and safe a lot of money on interest, the contract have no pre-paidpenaltyAlso we can credit back the Gap Insurance fee $at any time is he was to change his mindon the purchase on the gap.Here is what we can do.We can credit back on his loan the amount of the gap insurance also gave him discount as courtesyto move on and he can refinance with other financial institution at any time.We attached all documents proving our clear dealIf you have any questions please call us at 319-4477Thanks so much,Nelson's Auto CompanyFinancial Dept*Please view attached document

I am rejecting this response because:I understand they are willing to drop the GAP insurance amount of $599 from the purchase price, but it's the purchase price itself that is a problem. I was told the car that I selected would cost $7500 if I paid cash and $7900 if I financed it. I agreed to the latter and provided a $2000 down payment. Due to my language barrier, I did not know that the contract was drawn up for a $9400 car purchase instead. I discovered this a few months later when I was working with a nonprofit organization on financial literacy and credit building. I feel that it would be fair if I were to be charged the Kelly Blue Book Dealer suggested retail price of $8273 instead, and ask that you discuss this with Nelson Auto. I would like the GAP insurance eliminated as they suggested. I look forward to hearing back from you after you contact Nelson Auto. Thank you, [redacted]

The customer was informed about the vehicle conditions and she was aware of the damages, she insisted that she can fix it and love the way the truck looks. she fail on the payments with the financial company that is no parts of our business, they are the ones that report it, no us,.  We cant do...
