I had the pleasure of coming into Nelson Family Estate Jewelers to see about selling a few pieces of jewelry The store itself is beautiful kept and even showcases local artists's works Not only are Aubrey and Dave incredibly courteous, they are also educated with the industry which immediately builds your trust Dave walked me through each of the items I was selling to explain the value and what he was able to offer which blew me away! Aubrey and Dave and so nice and helpful! I need my wedding bands soldered together and was told by others that it would be difficult, because it's rose goldThey handled it no problems! It was quick so I didn't have to be away from my ring for too many days and they were so friendly! I would definitely recommend checking them out for their excellent service!!

These guys changed a couple watch batteries for me while I waitedAt $each I felt like it was a pretty good dealIt is even cooler that they donate the proceeds from watch battery replacements to charity!
