[redacted] Please See Attached Documents [redacted] I am confused as to what Ms [redacted] wishes from our offices, mainly due to having no specific problem nor resolution. Our offices have spoken with her on different occasionsThe first was after Ms [redacted] bounced a check to our offices and was then served a hour notice of eviction which she choose to make a phone call rather then make good on the bad checkAnd the second was when Ms [redacted] was served a for cause notice of eviction due to an unregistered tenant that Ms [redacted] later had admitted to violating her rental agreementWhile these conversations were, as I'm sure, unpleasant for Ms [redacted] due to the nature of her pending eviction, she was dealt with in a professional regard regardless of the upsetting outcome. As for Ms [redacted] 's future here at Forest Hideaway Apartments that remains uncertain as she is still in violation of her for cause eviction noticeAnd having had eviction notices already issued during her short month rental history doesn't boa well for the futureIf you have any further questions please feel free to call (503) 524-ext*Thank you,Owner / Agent

a 72 hour notice of eviction which she choose to make a phone call rather then make good on the bad check. And the second was when Ms. [redacted] was served a for cause notice of eviction due to an unregistered tenant that Ms. [redacted] later had admitted to violating her rental agreement. While these 2 conversations were, as I'm sure, unpleasant for Ms. [redacted] due to the nature of her pending eviction, she was dealt with in a professional regard regardless of the upsetting outcome. As for Ms. [redacted]'s future here at Forest Hideaway Apartments that remains uncertain as she is still in violation of her for cause eviction notice. And having had 2 eviction notices already issued during her short 6 month rental history doesn't boa well for the futureIf you have any further questions please feel free to call (503) 524-3902 ext. *Thank you,Owner / Agent
