Nelson Financial Group, Inc. Reviews (2)

Good afternoon, during the original meeting with chris, we stated that the pool may be losing water either through an issue with the liner or through the plumbing we advised him that it would be a waste of money to proceed with replacement of the liner without first conducting a pressure
test, the customer agreed Two days later we performed the pressure test and sent the customer the invoice with all of the details of the pressure test and a breakdown of the charges I can supply any information needed as it is all recorded in quick books I would really rather not waste a lot of time on this, its becoming common practice for customers these days to ask a company to do some work with the full expectation of not paying This is the reason we have hired an attorney, and a collection agency to deal with this Currently the invoice has been submitted to both credit bureaus and the account has been handed over to our attorney The work was completed and billed at the quoted price, not a dollar over I have GPS records of when and how long my employees where at his house, along with satellite imagery As well as having complete records in quick books of when the invoices where sent and viewed by this customer. IF you have any questions please feel free to give me a call at any time The Revdex.com seems to be an avenue for customers trying to not pay a bill, thinking it will scare a company into crediting them like I said contact me any time my phone number is ###-###-#### and I am at extension I am here M-F 7-and Saturday 8- Also on a side note, our current email is [email protected], this should provide explanation as to why we have not responded yet.Thank youJames G***Rizzo Pools LLCPresident###-###-####

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Good evening,As we have mentioned before Chris R*** came over the house and entered in the backyard One quick look at the pool and he gave us a price We mentioned to him that we are shopping around at that time and also mentioned that we would like to do a pressure test first to make sure that everything is ok He was quick to say that if we decide to go with them they would do the pressure test and if something was wrong we would only have to pay for the pressure test He said that he was going to send us over a proposal and we said that we would let him know A few days latter a proposal was sent to us and we never authorized or signed anything giving them permission to complete a pressure testAlmost a week later we decided to give him a call to speak about the quote however after numerous of phone calls and Text messages as well as a voicemails he never returned our call We then decided to go with a another company and we're also very relieved that we didn't give our business to someone who wouldn't even return or want our business The phone number that we contact was his cell If needed we can provide proof that we tried reaching out to Chris R*** Over a month later in August we received an invoice saying that they did a pressure test which we never approved, signed for or knew aboutIt seems very strange that if in fact this pressure test took place why didn't they give us the results, just an invoice that the job was completed over a month latterWe called and spoke to his office and asked for Chris's R*** or his supervisor James G*** to contact usHowever he never did. We received another invoice again and we tried again to contact his office and asked for Chris R*** to contact us Again no response Clearly we were very disappointed at the way things were handled We decided to contact Revdex.com because clearly we cannot get an answer from Chris R*** and ask him about these fraudulent charges.*** ***, I am not sure about your meeting with Chris R*** nor was I there to know what you spoke about You recently stated that "we advised him that it would be a waste of money to proceed with replacement of the liner without first conducting a pressure test, the customer agreed" which doesn't make sense at all Who did you advise? We knew that we had to do a pressure test before replacing the liner We did our homework with the exception of finding a reputable company As per your other statement "Two days later we performed the pressure test and sent the customer the invoice with all of the details of the pressure test and a breakdown of the charges" we did not receive an invoice or results with this so called pressure test, nor did we sign or give you the right to come on our propertyMore importantly we did not give you permission to do this jobIf this test was completed again why didn't I ever receive any results? Again if you were on our property you were trespassing and had no rite to be there. As per your quickbooks statement, *** ***, any person with little knowledge of an accounting system like Quickbooks knows that any entry, invoice etc can be entered at any date at any given point in time That's the beauty of it *** *** it was never our intention to waste your time or ours for that matter especially for such an immaterial matter However, it is not so much the monetary issue which we are not on any circumstances paying since it's just wrong but more about the way your employees and your company try to take advantage of honest working people If you are sating that you came over and did the pressure test then where are the reading from the test and again why were they never sent to us and only receiving an invoice over a month and later? How come we weren't provided with any paperwork? With all due respect *** *** if you and your company decided to perform a service without our knowledge or permission than I don't have a whole lot to say If indeed you performed this pressure test than your company lacks communication within and most importantly with the consumer. You also mentioned "its becoming common practice for customers these days to ask a company to do some work with the full expectation of not paying" We cannot answer for other consumers However, this was not the case with usWhen Chris came over we even invited Chris R*** in the house and offered water since it was hot However, Chris R*** was in a big rush to get out before he even looked at the pool My wife even mentioned that he was extremely quick to give us a price without even know how deep our pool was Strange *** *** don't you think? We are glad you have an attorney and no we have not hired one However, if need be we will as well Per your statement which can be true " I have GPS records of when and how long my employees where at his house, along with satellite imagery" Again we never approved this service to happen Your company was NOT supposed to be on our property as we didn't authorize this service We clearly have tried to reach out to Chris R*** and your self multiple time to clarify this so we have tried our partIf your company wants to contact us I am sure they have our information Once again, I am not paying for something that was not authorized nor did I even know that this so called pressure test took place.Thank you *** ***
