On February 4, the plumber arrived at our home to repair the bathtub in the master bathroomWhile replacing the fixture, the plumber broke the outside of the bathtub exposing the interior of the bathtubUpon breaking the tub, the plumber immediately told us that they would replace the tub (which they broke) and they would contact my wife before the end of the day to set up an appointment to fix everythingAdditionally, on the invoice given to us, the plumber wrote: "We will have a professional come out and replace the tub covering." Unfortunately we did not receive a phone call from the plumber As a result, we reached out to the company on multiple occasions to resolve the issueDespite efforts made on our part, each of phone calls were ignored and nothing was done We requested that Joe (the owner) return our phone calls and we never heard from him or his officeFour weeks later and still nothing has been done about our bathtubIt is still broken and the interior of the

On 4-8-Joe Streckfuss Plumbing was called to my property to repair a leak in the water line in my garage I had a neighbor shut off my water while waiting for the technician to arrive Technician removed the Whole House Water filter which had cracked He replaced the area with new copper pipes Total charge $ On April 9, I had to recall the technician because the pipes were leaking at the new connections I had a relative shut off the water while I was waiting for the technician The technician advised me that he didn't solder very well The following day I had to call a different plumber because there were new leaks at the connections supposedly repairs made by the previous technician The technician also left tools on my property
