The Aluminum Company does excellent work and provides outstanding customer service Since 2006, they have done three renovations on my home which included new siding, windows, porch railings, and a crawl space door In each instance they did a great job and readily addressed any concerns During the most recent renovation, they identified window sashes which I had not noticed to have lost their seal and replaced them at no charge according to their warranty I have enjoyed doing business with the Aluminum Company and will not hesitate to call them in the future

I employed this company to replace my roof and in the process they were to remove and replace the existing gutters. After removing the gutters it was discovered that almost all the fascia had rot and needed replacing, which they did with a vinyl product. It needed to be painted and the paint crew dribbled white paint on my recently painted deck. While they were painting, I noted to one painter they were not using a drop cloth. He simply nodded his head in affirmation, but since he didn't speak English and did nothing to protect the deck, I'm certain he did not understand what I had said. The gutter crew replaced one gutter an inch or so off - too long on one end and too short on the other resulting in a stream of water shooting onto my steps and resulting in calling and requesting they come back and fix it, as well as repair some corners that leaked. They did return and repair this and resealed the corners, but left out the attachment nails in several places - which has not been repaired and I hope doesn't result in any damage. The roof looks great after they removed the static vents which were not supposed to be put in.

We employed the Aluminum Company of NC to replace guttering on our home at [redacted] After removing the gutters and discovering we had water damage on our facia board, the first very knowledgeable professional crew left and a second "wood" crew came and replaced the damaged boardthey too were very friendly and professional. Then the third crew came and actually replaced the guttersagain very professional and friendly. All three crew cleaned up where they were working to the point you could not tell anyone had been there except for the completed work. The last person that came made sure the work was proper and answered questions we had (there were none) to ensure our satisfaction and make sure we understood our warranty. They did all of the work around our schedule of being at the lake. I highly recommend this professional group.
