I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, if he is willing to pay to get it fixed correctly we accept since his professional dry wall person put another layer of plaster over the problem and it is already cracking it is going to be expensive to find someone to dig out all the old plaster re sand, etcMr Nelson's dry wall person said if we lived in Fargo he would have done it correctly but since we did not they (him and Paul) decided to justput another layer over the whole living area and the mess stands out like a sore thumb for being a new homeI told his dry wall person it was still not fixed correctly and told to go sit on my couch and look at it, than it would look ok.There are other problems with the home and I wrote to Mr Nelson explaining these also need to get fixedBedrooms at both end of the home squeak and last guest bedroom closet ice cool due to marriage line under the houseAnd a few other problems not in the letter like finishing the cabinets in the laundry room.I would like to attach letter he wrote telling me a floor and ceiling does not matterIs there a way to send it.Thank you for taking the time to look into this and I do not want to close this till the house is fixed correctly because Mr Nelson has told me before he was fixing something or ordering something and has notThanks you, *** and *** ***

day.  My guy said that he could not do it any better than what he did.  I did tell [redacted] to find someone else that would do it to her satisfaction.  Get a bid.  I will pay it to do it the way that she wants it.  I don't have anybody else.  She has a cousin who does drywall work.  He is supposed to be good and picky.  I would be more than happy to pay a reasonable amount of money to get the job done.  I just don't know what I can do to please [redacted].  I don't that that me sending someone else out from Fargo will fix it to what she wants.  It cost me over $1,650 to do the 8 ft. piece of drywall.  It still is not done to her satisfaction.
