Quality of laminate for counters and quality of manufacturing was poor!! [redacted] recommended a third party man to install counters He asked for two thirds of total cost in cash, we agreed and made appointment for installation He then changed time, we accommodated that, he asked for more money, we refused Said third party installer was very late arriving and refused to do the installation, he proceeded to have a very loud, raging rant/fit filled with swear words, animation, somehow blaming us [redacted] son apologized for his father's bad behaviour AFTER his father sped away [redacted] son arrived in his own vehicle I tried calling The Top Shop that Saturday, but was unable to reach anyone despite the fact that their website states they are open until 2:p.m When I reached [redacted] on Monday morning and also in subsequent conversations, she continued to defend ***, the installer [redacted] It is his word against ours and sadly [redacted] stands by [redacted] not the customer!!! [redacted] We want our money back [redacted] Six years ago, we had granite counters installed and work was also poor The undermount sink dropped and one seam was uneven almost immediately Veining of granite does not match at seams The Top Shop fails to inform customers of important details!!! We want our money back, and fix the problems with our counters without defending ***!!!!!! We have witnesses!!!! [redacted] you were not there to witness [redacted] raging fit!!! [redacted] will do anything to continue to get work referrals from The Top Shop!!! Stop referring this man!!!!

I have submited "Free Quote Request" on company's website and haven't received any response at all, even though the promise was to get back within hours As it was a direct form entry they must have received thatAnd lack of any type of follow up is very disappointing
