Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response
because: I have been harassed by their employee and threatened with eviction.
I have been told not to use the larger bedroom so that the other tenant can increase the volume of his
TV and stereo even though they knew it was a noise nuisance Therefore, in overview, Nelson Real Estate rented me a two-bedroom apartment and not only failed to tell me the walls were 'thin' after I made a direct inquiry about them, but that they were also telling
me I can NOT use one bedroom in my two-bedroom apartment depriving me of full use
of my rental I demand monetary compensation and request we go before a judge.
I also have their employee on tape threatening me and emails that corroborate this Sincerely,*** ***
