message. I called *** back and continued communication with text messages. I proceeded with a call to Brad at Ace Sewer and Drain. The company was not able to come because they were short handed with holiday week. Next, I called Twirl Plumbing. Twirl will only allow over the phone billing if you have an account with them but informed me they will accept credit cards over the phone. I relayed this information to ***, and suggested *** call Twirl to give them his credit card to initiate Twirl's services. Nelson Team does not cover the vendor expenses for another owner's property. *** stated he didn't have enough time to call Twirl because he was leaving for a flight, although *** did have enough time to send multiple texts containing other pluming companies with the same line of work. I informed *** he may contact any vendor he prefers if he did not want to use either of my suggested vendors. *** is fully aware the property owner, being ***, has the option to choose the vendor to do the repair and is responsible to pay the vendor. Nelson Team answered the owner's call, contacted two separate vendors and relayed the information to ***. *** was unwilling to take responsibility after the information was accepted
