Poor service and a ridiculous bill
Delivered my tractor to Nelson Tractor Co on March 9, I was told by *** in the service department they were working 2-weeks behind My tractor was not repaired and available for pickup until May 8, (months later) During this two month period I made numerous phone calls checking on the status of the repair because I desperately needed my tractor It was garden plowing time and I lost considerable income due to the poor service I received I cannot help but feel that during this two month period I was put off, intentionally delayed, and lied to concerning progressive repair time lines by the service department Then the real kicker, I was presented with a bill for $ I consider this bill to be punitive, excessive, and ridiculous In registering a complaint with the company, Mr Will Nelson agreed two months was too long a repair time He stated he was going to check their established rate for the type of repair perform
