We called her in January 2016, March 2016, June 2016, and September because the bill still hadn't been paidShe called us back in September 2016, and said she wanted to setup a payment planWe agreed on per month starting October 1, We never received a paymentWe called her in January to ask about the payment planShe said she has paid the City of *** over 500.00, and when she gets them paid off, she will start paying usShe didn't want to talk about it anymore because it was her birthday that day, and she wanted to sleep. The phone number we had for her was disconnected, so we continued to send her invoices in February, May, July, October 2017, January, and March She called us in March and said she is not paying the bill and was reporting us to the Revdex.comWe are forfeiting the she owes
