Chew Bittel CoGeneral Contractors since signed a contract on April 7, to renovate [redacted] 's Bathroom, once we opened up the floor and walls we found many obstacles in running pipes, including supply lines and drain lines Many hours were spent with the owner on making changes to the plans with [redacted] in agreement Hours were kept so we could bill for additional time to complete each phase When he balked at paying any additional money I explained to [redacted] that when we contract to do Bathroom and Kitchen renovations there are extras on every job we don't like extras and either do the customers but it is what it is At this point the customer decided to end our contract with Chew Bittel Coif we would let Ernie, our top mechanic finish the job I agreed and [redacted] paid Chew Bittel Cothe balance to date which amounted to $6,879.00, which at that time was labor and material only, no overhead and and profit we left Ernie to complete the job and [redacted] would pay him direct Ernie finished the job and received $2,for two weeks of work paid by [redacted] This amounts to a total of 9,including all extras On May 5th [redacted] drew up a letter showing we agreed to terminate original contract and go with new contract At this time Chew Bittel Cohas made no overhead or profit, material and labor costs onlyChew Bittel Codoes not guarantee any work that has not been paid in full[redacted] go three estimates on this job, one at approximately 6,500.00, our estimate at $8,and a third estimate at approximately $15,
