? to who it may concern on Dec I received a call from [redacted] that she did not have heat in her housei inform her that I was on vacationshe said she had someone working on her boiler and thermstatshe said that he could not get it to worki told her ill take a look at it when I get homei didnt get to her until after my vacation which was 1/5/18.? the baseborad heater frozeher front door do not have a good sealsnow and air cause the lines to freezewhen you come into the front door the carpet was cover in icethis cause the boiler to stop workingthe weather during this time was in the -or lestthe boiler was in good shapethe pump was working over time try to pump the water thooug the linewe replace the pump and the exspanion tank.? we had to wait until the weather got warm eought to bleed the line.? I spend servarl days over hours trying to get her heat going.? we had everthing set the weather was go up to 40.? when I came she would let us inshe said she fix it.? victor n***?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowMrNelson told me the job would cost $900, there was no contract, he
needed a downpaymnet of $500, which I gave him, he purchased a pump,
which he gave me no reciepts, I don't know what he spent the $on,
and the job still was not complete by him. I had to hire another
service, paid $1300, but the job was done within hours, Mr Nelson
spent months back and forth to my house and still didn't complete the
jobI fell he could of gave me half of the $back. Regards, *** ***

*** The reasoning behind the year warranty is because the sewage ejection pumps like you have only come with a year maunufactures warranty that covers issues with the pump that is not to regular usage As far as the valve above the pump being upside down im not
sure how this could be the case as my master technician installed the new pump and from my understanding is he left the old check valve in placeAlso, the pump would not have worked for the year it was in place, because it would not have been able to pump through the check valve had it been improperly installed We cannot control what flows into the pump basin as there are many ways the pump can become clogged and or have the float hung up causing the pump not to pump at appropriate sewege levels for discharge We work very hard at Nelsons Plumbing to assure our work and provide our customers with the best service Is there anyway you might be able to send me a picture of the original installation showing the check valve flowing the wrong direction?
