that we would not suffer any consequences due to breaking the lease since we are breaking it in response to our misunderstanding.  Part of our agreement was that I would contact the Revdex.com and let you know we are working on resolving this issue and have received communication with our landlord agreeing to our conditions for resolving our complaint.  Thank you so much for your help in this effort!
