I do not like being called a liar! If he does not want us to come back and inspect his roof what would he like us to do? I am responding to this with the information I have on hand and in the computer, if he wants to have it looked at I will set the appointment right now for FRIDAY MAY 8TH AT 9AM. Please let me know if this convenient for Mr. [redacted]. We will look at his roof at this time and if repairs are needed from a material defect or a installation problem they will be done right on the spot, if it is a problem from lack of maintenance (ice and snow build up ) there is nothing more I can do. Does the roof leak now when it rains  or just in the winter? Again a roof is designed with shingles over lapping each other to deflect water not hold water like a pond. if water sits on top of shingles in a puddle of water it will find a way to back up especially with freezing and thawing occurring. We install ice and water shield on all eaves and valleys, code calls for 6' up eaves, this is a vapor barrier and helps to try to prevent this from happening but it is not a 100% and if ice and snow back up beyond the 6' like it did this year water will find a way in.  I hope I am explaining this so he can understand the operation of a roof.

not know what happened between the 27th and 30th but it was offered to replace the unit at that time or clean it. The tech. who was out is very experienced with over 20 years in the field and we never have problems with his work. The customer was going to call us back when the made their decision on what they wanted done.  We were paid $70.68 at the time of the boiler check on the 27th. I am sorry the customer had problems with the boiler and will refund her the  $70.68. Thank You

I do not know who [redacted] is or had any dealings with him, but at that address we worked for a [redacted] and did install a high eff. boiler for her. In the initial first weeks we installed the boiler she had called for a noise issue we responded and looked at the unit and made several...

adjustments and told her if it did not work we would return. When she called us back and said it was still noisey we replaced the draft motor for her and readjusted the boiler. A little over a year later she called with a gas smell and she had national fuel come over and they shut off her gas. We returned and fixed a gas leak for her and national fuel returned and turned the gas back on for her. This year she called with another gas leak and national fuel shut gas off to the boiler only, we arrived the same day she called and looked over boiler and tightened a fitting up and replaced a gasket and put the boiler back in service for them. I am sorry she is having problems but we have responded to all of the issues and have done everything for her under the warranty and will continue to do so for her.
