Review: On August 29, 1995, I purchased a heating furnace from Nelson's. My written receipt/agreement clearly states "20 yr on exchanger and 1 yr on all other parts" Nelson's is refusing to honor what the specifications on the agreement states. Their argument is that the manufacturer of the heater is no longer in business. My agreement is not with the manufacturer of the heater. My agreement is with Nelson's. The terms of the agreement does not state what they are implying. I contacted Nelson's in December 2014 via phone. Nelson's sent a technician out to my home a few days later and the individual reviewed my agreement form and reported that there was nothing that could be done. The technician was amazed that I still had the agreement form.Desired Settlement: I want the agreement that is written to be honored and it clearly states 20 years on the exchanger. Something needs to be rectified. The points that the technician stated are not in writing.
