I purchased a GE gas range in Aug – the oven does not work properly

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because: the issue is the first range was leaking gas into my home. They came out and exchanged the connection the next morning I could still smell gas. The second range didn't bake properly. She is right GE said it was working properly but their not the ones using the range. I purchased a new range and had the the other picked up and hauled away, you can closed the complaint makes no sense to continue.

We exchanged the range once for the customer per her request, when she called for the second unit we recommended service to see what the issue was as the range is a basic model and it is very unlikely that two units to be defective. GE service went out and deemed the range to be working properly....

Unfortunately we can not issue a refund for a special ordered product, which is clearly stated on our invoice, that is not defective and has been cleared by GE service. The unit is under a manufacture warranty through GE, if she feels the unit is not working properly GE is responsible to fix or replace the product as stated in the products owners manual. I would refer to GE for further assistance in this issue.
