A package shipped from this location was lost in transit. I contacted UPS regarding the package and was told a refund had to be initiated by this store since it was the original ship location. The package was shipped 6/29/16 and the end of August still no resolution. I contacted the store and they will not return my phone call. According to UPS, I can only request a refund from the UPS store in Bartlett. They are not filing a request. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with.
