Review: I ordered a pair of racing shorts and Jersey on November 20th 2014. My order number is 3**7. I have not received my product after all this time. I have had several emails with E[redacted] the owner and he keeps saying it shipped. Then I get emails saying its almost complete. I finally said I had enough and asked for a refund. To this day I have not received a refund and now he ignores emails and phone calls. There are several people in my group that he has not delivered or refunded. I paid for this on a disability card I had while recovering from a surgery so I don't know how to dispute the charges. Any help would be great. Thank youDesired Settlement: it would be ideal if I could still get the jersey and get a refund on the shorts but a full refund would be fine as well.



This product was a full-custom product ordered through a larger group whom we have done business with for 6 years. The product was to be developed from concept to production for this group. The process took longer than expected, but we communicated with customers with updates on a case-by-case as they would call in. Eventually, we asked the group manager to post a mass message on their forum so we could update them all at once. During this process no one asked for a refund. Recently, customers decided to not wait any longer and requested refunds. We were happy to oblige. In this particular case (complaint) we refunded quickly to the card used to make the purchase. A few days later customer advised card was closed and refund would not post and if we could send to his PAYPAL. This process of taking back the credit from the credit card(confirming in fact it would not post) would take a few days. Customer appears to have expected more updates over these few days, something we cannot do. Credit has since posted via PAYPAL and customer has 100% of their funds back.Process did take some time, but even as evidenced in the complaint customer says they "wanted" product, but hurry.. We could not produce an faster. I understand the frustration, but never once did we deny their refund or not reply. Once customer asked for refund we processed quickly. There were times we replied multiple times within one hour, but other times we couldn't as work didn't permit or we simply didn't have updates.We have been a long time supporter of this group and it is quite unfortunate that they (or this customer) would suggest that we would defraud them over $100.



I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10569398, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
