Review: I purchased one adult season lift ticket & two childrens season lift tickets. I am very dissatisfied for several reasons. First, when you buy the season passes it does not state directly upon purchasing that the ski resort area is only open Friday afternoons, Saturdays & Sundays. It's very misleading. Secondly, when I called and talked with Matt a supervisor there to explain this would not possibly work for me because I am a single Mom with three kids, I can't come on weekends due to the fact I would not be able to help 3 kids at the same time learn to ski (as I don't have any extra help on the weekends) he basically said, "too bad" that's the only time the lifts are open & there was nothing that could be done. I asked which person above him made that decision, he simply ignored my inquiry and I never got a call back. I also asked Matt if other than the "too bad" if they could rectify the situation by some other means...a credit or something. He advise, " too bad". Thirdly, my oldest daughter is in fourth grade and has a SkiPA pass & they have "blacked out" all the weekends kids are off school and can actually use there passes! So not only am I out the money for one adult ski pass & two childrens ski passes....they won't even accept my 4th graders ski pass on key weekends. AND they told me "too bad". This is ridiculious!!! I have been to Nemacolin for differnt things throughout the years. This is terrible terrible customer service & very very misleading to people buying the season passes! I am highly dissatified.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund of all my money paid for the passes, Pass # 286, 288 and 287 totalling $ 207.00
