approval. The attorney's for the closing received all the documents that requested. However, what they were referring to as a budget was provided but what they really needed was a balance sheet. Which was not requested until the day before closing and was provided. Per our procedure we process closings by the date of the closing. Also, as the closing has been rescheduled we received the request 6/16/15 and emailed a request for forms to be completed the same day followed up 6/19 and 6/24 and we still have not received them. If she would like to blame someone for the deal falling through and report someone to the Revdex.com she should look at the attorneys handling the closing. As they have not requested the proper items and have not completed and returned the requested documents.
