Customer had placed an order about a year ago. She was to ship back some merchandise back to us for which she had received a replacement. She had not sent back the products or paid for it.
She placed another order on Monday, 9/14/2015. She...
requested that the order be delivered by Friday. Normal shipping time via fedex ground is 5 working days to NY from CA. Our normal shipping requires at least 1-3 days for shipping most orders. As a courtesy, we were shipping her order by 2 day service at no extra cost to her. On Wednesday, we contacted and informed her of the balance due from last year. She asked us to charger credit card for the amount. But, her card declined for payment We called her, but no one answered the phone. Because of this delay, the package could not be shipped on Wednesday. Customer called back late in the day, but the Fedex pick up was already completed. She was informed that the package could ship on Thursday and she would receive it on Monday. She said she needed by Friday and did not want it on Monday. The order was not shipped to her and her money was refunded. We have still not been paid for the balance due us from last year.

As stated in the original complaint...the buisness Did Not inform me of this "apparent: balance until Late Wednesday! They we're incredibly Rude And there was Plenty of time for shipping as I ordered and had been calling since Monday. They essentially messed up and would not take Any kind of ownership for this mistake. My labels have been sized to these bottles one of which I cannot seen to find anywhere else, as I was told (with clients as witnesses) Not to order from them again! I was agast and am displeased still with their handling of this situation. Going forward I would be somewhat appeased by the ability to order from another company the 30ml gold and glass serum pump bottles and call it a day.
