I am rejecting this response because:It has been half a year with no contact from [redacted] of Nemesis Bicycles and even after this complaint was filed he has yet to contact me Beginning the fall of *** had no longer answered my emails nor calls I began posting on his [redacted] page asking for updates as well as commenting that he never delivered one item to me after years - he promptly removed my postings on his [redacted] page and removed my access to his [redacted] page I am confident now with nothing delivered but broken promises with over years and his actions/in-actions the past half year - that I will not receive what I paid for nor a refund And to this day, 3/18/2015, not even a phone call nor email from [redacted] aka Nemesis Bicycles

Business states that they are currently in the process of trying to resolve the consumer issues. There was delay in delivery initially at consumer request due to further pending additions. There was an additional delay by the manufacturer that has help up completion.  Business states that they...

are preparing  final product to be delivered soon and would like the consumer to be patient.

Review: Ordered 2 custom bicycle builds from [redacted] aka Nemeis Project on SEP 26, 2012 and sent multiple [redacted] payments over the course of a few months listed below for a total of $1950. After the last payment which was May 30th, 2013 [redacted] provided answers of delays as well as personal circumstances/issues over the course of the next year and change. In the fall of 2014 after he had no longer answered my emails nor calls I began posting on his Instagram page asking for updates as well as commenting that he never delivered one item to me after 2 years - he promptly removed my postings on Instagram page. Now I am at a loss with nothing delivered but broken promises with over 2 years of excuses from him. [redacted] and my credit card companies are not able to help because of the time frame involved. I have read a number of negative reviews of [redacted] and Nemesis Project Cycles on bike forums and various websites.
