This builder was referred by a real estate ( friend of the Nemmers) Agent
This was a very poor, dishonest, incompetent builderTheir plumber, electrician,sheet rock,
flooring and all the people required to build a house were lacking the skill and pride in their
work to do a reasonably good jobThe problems I am and have had occurred after the
warranty expiredI regret trusting these peopleThey were very cost cutting minded which
I see as acts of dishonesty and deceitThis added to the poor quality job doneThey even walked away with Corian counter top cutouts which they had no right or permission to doThey allowed the Cement supplier to dump the excess cement on my property and when I pointed this out to them they said they would take care of itThey did this by simply covering it with dirt rather than having the supplier remove itThe list goes onThey all should be in jail and I'm surprised to see there are no other complaints about these crooks
