I am rejecting this response because: 10% or $25 off isn't enough for the trauma I went through and the time I wasted on something I ended up hating. Of course the stylist's regular clients will take her side so asking them will not produce an honest answer.

On march 10 [redacted] call me and wants to get her hair done and would like to come for consultation I told her that it was fine and that I was at the shop. a few moment later she came in, I ask her to sit and that I will be...
with her in a few seconds.I excuse myself from the client that I had in the chair and i went to greet her. she told me she couldnt decide what she wants I gave her some books and ask her to look through it and let me know when she is ready .[redacted] said she is worried about her side didnt want her side gone I told her that it happen when u do too much with your hair ponytail etc and told her to look in the book .I Checked with her few minutes later and she said she was ready she show me a kinky twist style(kinky twist is twist with the end curled with either rods or yarn)i said thats cute and ask her when she needed it done she said before friday I told her that the only opening I had was thursday she said thats too far away so I said if I get any cancellation I will call her and see if she wants to take it she said ok and left.THe next day on the 11 I gave her a call and told her that I had a cancellation if she wants to take it she said yes and ask what time I said 2she said thats fine when she came I was still busy with ither clients and told her to have a sit when I was finished I called her to the seat as soon as I started with the first twist she took a make up mirror out of her purse and look and said thats too small I reply thats the size you showed me in the book she said she wants them big I told her that we were going to start from the front so she can see and we did she wanted it big I told her that size was too big and that it will make her look bald headed so she said we can do a bit smaller and she said ok do what u think its best .[redacted] had the mirror in her hand 80%of the 8 hrs it took me to get done when I finished twisting I had to clean it she didnt want me to and then time to put the end in the water she watched as I was doing it .when I finished I told her I was done, she stood up i told her she can get closer to the mirror (5"by 2) To look closely she did look for a good 5 to 7 mn while I was cleaning and turn around thank me and said here is your money and I said please put it on the seat and thanked her. she did so and left .The next day she send me a text and said that she was disatisfied and that she was taking it out what was I willing to do ? I called her and ask her what she meant by that and she said either I gave her her money back or I have to give her a new style I told her that if she was not pleased she should have said something last night that I gave her time to look and once u walk out thats it that I dont give refund as the sign said. the style she got is an 8 to 10 hrs process. we try to make sure all our clients are satisfied before they leave the shop this is the reason we make took down a couple of braids she had and redid them while she was here. since she didnt say anything before she left it shows that she was satisfied. Im very sorry she was disappointed later on. There is no refund in my business.
