Attached are the soft copies of the piece that Ms*** received as well as a later one where we modified it slightly. She received the HumanN CEO Letter and the ThankYouCertificate. The offer says “save up to 56%” and there were three offers that were available when the customer
called. All offers had a discount but only the buy offer had a discount of 56%. Subsequent to the piece that Ms*** received we modified the print to clarify the offer. You can see what we have done in the attached called “HN-T100”. ***,I have researched this complaint and discussed it with our customer service manager. It would appear that, while we were delayed, we have addressed this with the customer directly but that due to the delay it was subsequent to the Revdex.com complaint that was filed.Please let me know if
there is anything else that I can provide.Thank you
