Good afternoon. I figured I would email you since our schedules are not aligning and we are not able to be in touch over the phone. We are very sad to hear of a complaint being filed. We have never had this happen before and take serious pride and compassion in our work and business. This is what had happened with the customer, Mr. ***.Mr. was scheduled for 6/4/2020 for a time slot of between 2-4pm for a technician to come to his home. When the technician was in route to Mr.s home, the technician called Mr *** and he did not answer the phone. A voicemail was left stating that the technician was on his way. Upon arrival to Mr ***s home, the technician knocked on the door multiple times and there was no answer. The technician left a business card on the door and left. Mr. calls the technician later that evening and states that the technician should have walked inside his home and woke him up. We as a company do not enter any residence until we are authorized to do so by the customer at the door. Mr. was made aware of this and we were able to schedule him again for the very next day 06/05/2020. Repairs to Mr.s 1/2 polybutylene pipe was made, water was turned back on and no leaks were evident. Mr. was told by the technician that polybutylene pipe has a history of going bad. Sunday, 6/14/2020, Mr. called the company back and left a voicemail. 6/15/2020 Mr. was contacted to schedule for a technician to come out that same day. Mr. stated that he was unavailable due to doctor appointments that day and the tech stated that we wanted to try and squeeze him in before the end of business day so to call after his appointments. Mr. called at 545pm and the office was closed. Mr. left multiple messages up until 830pm that same day that were very rude, and demanding. Mr. was contacted by the technician at 745am the next business day 6/16/2020, and Mr. was demanding he had another leak and wanted it fixed. The technician told Mr. that his schedule was full for the next couple days and would like to schedule him on Friday 6/19 of that same week. Mr. was not happy with that and starting blaming tech for not doing his job correctly. The tech told Mr. that we take pride in our work, and that if our work was bad, we would fix it under warranty, but if there was additional leaks on existing water lines then there would be additional charges on Friday when the tech was able to schedule Mr.. Mr. was not happy with this and started threatening lawsuits and contacting the Revdex.com. He was verbally abusive to the tech calling him very profane words, and our tech just told Mr. to have a good day and goodbye. NEOH Plumbing, LLC
